Amazing Treasury...Shameless Self Promotion!

I found this evening that one of my items has been featured in an Etsy Treasury, which isn't unusual, but get a load of this one! It's entitled "Insaneley Iredescent" [sic] and just look at all of those incredible images. I admit that I am easy when it comes to shiny things, but I love the colors and choices. It was curated by Grace Raines of Reinterpreted Rainbow on Etsy. She has a great eye for color - go check out her shop for some lovely designs.

Those cat's eyes are truly spellbinding, aren't they?

I don't always post the Treasuries that I am most kindly featured in on Etsy, but this one really took my breath away, curated by Curious Oddities, in Toronto, one of my favorite cities. I love Victorian Gentlemen and their accoutrements, and have made my own Treasuries in the past with this theme, which I posted on this blog a while back.

Fogalicious!

I was out running errands and noticed that the fog from Christmas Eve was still with us. The weather this weekend is warmer than usual after our snow of a week or so ago, and there's still some ugly black slush around, a little ice and a smattering of whiteness in the park here and there. It wasn't until twilight when I was able to get to the park again and the colors and mistiness were unbelievable. YES, there is s little PhotoShop magic happening, but it's very close to what it really looked like. There's more here and you can click on the slideshow to see them at their best.
