Amazing Treasury...Shameless Self Promotion!

I found this evening that one of my items has been featured in an Etsy Treasury, which isn't unusual, but get a load of this one! It's entitled "Insaneley Iredescent" [sic] and just look at all of those incredible images. I admit that I am easy when it comes to shiny things, but I love the colors and choices. It was curated by Grace Raines of Reinterpreted Rainbow on Etsy. She has a great eye for color - go check out her shop for some lovely designs.
Those cat's eyes are truly spellbinding, aren't they?

Purple Majesty

New pieces in gemstones - don't you love the cool, smooth feel of these stones? I used jade in many colors, pink crazy lace agate, amazonite and turquoise, enhanced by brass and copper. I'm thinking of keeping the grape jade necklace for myself!

Front Page Sunday

A lovely purple Treasury from Treasury West, curated by Ipathia, made it to the front page yesterday, which resulted in some lovely sales. I am incredibly lucky with Treasury West - nearly every time I'm on the FP at Etsy, it's via Treasury West. I think the admins turn there first as it's hard for buyers to access it, so they give it a little extra love. It's also a gorgeous group, and it looks as if half of us made sales. Ipathia hasn't opened her shop yet, but I hope we all visit as soon as she does.

Storque Delivery & Front Page Monday!

I was checking Majaba to see if I'd had any new hearts over the weekend, with so few views lately, despite my listing like mad, when I saw that one of my new earrings, "Plum Pudding", had jumped from 0 to 37 hearts in an hour, and from 7 views to almost 500. It wasn't in a Treasury, but after some investigation, lo and behold, it was in a Storque feature, called "Amethyst" by TeenAngster, an Etsy admin. It's a lovely group of items in deep royal purple. I haven't felt much love from Etsy over my 2 years there; I'm almost never in the Gift Guides (unlike some others who are regulars, sometimes appearing more than once in a category) and to my knowledge have never been featured anywhere else, so I was quite tickled by this. I made a bunch of sales from the visibility, which are much needed.

I will attempt to post the Storque article, which will doubtless be hard to read, and the Front Page, which it also made, while I was busy vacuuming my apartment and studio.

I have to say that I have not seen a purple grouping like this, ever. It's a feast for the eyes, stimulating and soothing for the senses. It's curated by Belleamitie, who I'm glad to know about. Beautiful!
